You’ll find this traditional home in Western PA on the outskirts of Pittsburgh. The client was looking for something unique to accommodate their style. The conclusion was a 7″ Live Sawn White Oak, Hand Scraped, Wire Brushed, custom Dark Walnut stain for the main level. For the upstairs they decided on a 5″ natural character White Oak, Wire Brushed, custom Dark Walnut stain to continue the same style throughout their home.

The custom stain flows smoothly with the neutral tones of each room, creating a natural elegance. Adding an extra touch of texture of hand scrapped and wire brushed provides an earthier feel. Overall, the owners are pleased and the decor matched beautifully with their new hardwood floors.
